Definitions
MotoFuel: A platform that provides daily fuel support through a prepaid system for drivers.
User: Any individual who registers and uses the MotoFuel App.
Fuel Points: Predefined fuel assistance units provided based on the user's investment.
Partner Fuel Stations: Authorized fuel stations linked with MotoFuel for service delivery.

Eligibility
- Be a licensed driver of a registered auto, cab, or similar vehicle.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Own a valid vehicle and government ID for KYC verification.

User Registration & KYC
- Users must complete the registration process and submit valid documents for KYC.
- MotoFuel reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject registrations.

Investment & Fuel Credit
- Users invest a small amount (₹[insert amount]) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- In return, users receive fuel credits or "fuel points" redeemable only at partner stations.
- No cash withdrawal or transfer of fuel points is allowed.

Fuel Redemption
- Fuel points are redeemable only through the App at partner fuel stations.
- Redemption is subject to station availability and app verification.
- MotoFuel is not liable for delays or unavailability at the station.

Non-Transferability
- User accounts and fuel points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Any misuse will result in suspension or termination of the account.

Data Privacy
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as outlined.

Termination
- MotoFuel reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations, suspicious activity, or misuse.
- Users may also request account termination by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability
- MotoFuel is not liable for: Any financial loss due to user error.
- Delays or issues caused by third-party service providers (e.g., fuel stations).
- Technical disruptions or force majeure events.

Amendments
MotoFuel may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of revised Terms.
